Hard Enough Yet ?

Well...
Pat reported today I should forget about leaving port anytime in the near future, with a boat.
He says Champlain is frozen from shore to shore. First time in seven years!
Well awright then, surely there must be a proud penguin standing on an ice floe someplace with something to pound it's chest about...Or is it seals that make that noise when the fishing Gods toss them one?
Anything of the hard water variety goin on down below Crown Point or up in the Sea?
Have auger will travel! But a little divine guidance would sure help to justify the 135 mile trip
Gerry is excused though because 40 Up Tackle Co. did not provide the right hat for going beyond the Frost Bite Fleeting experience.

I always try to proof read my drabble before hitting the submit button and hereby conclude Mssr. Wright is not the only one going stir crazy.
Good luck down South, Pat! That's probably a better option.
