Graham will be around from 10 am - Noon for the last of 4 salmon needed to finish the 20 tagged salmon for the main lake. VHF 68 Favorable south winds to get out! Lake level is good now 93.77 ft at Converse!
If we hit that goal then the Sea is the focus for the remaining 20 transmitters!
Thanks,
Ron

Re: Tomorrow Saturday Converse! 4 salmon left needed for transmitters!
We fished the Mistress hard yesterday to help Graham with his salmon tracking transmitter study and only managed to bring one 16-17” fish back to the dock for him. The bait was scattered everywhere as a result of the gale winds the night before and so were the salmon and we had to grind through 20 greasers to get the one salmon in the live well as they were stacked in the entire water column, and we even caught doubles on one rod, main line and cheater.
I believe Ric also had a salmon to bring to Graham which would put his count at 18 out of the 20 he needs for the main lake study, but he said he should be good to go because he is going to be out with NYDEC on their stinger boat shocking fish in Whallon and another bay on the NY side for a lake trout spawning study and is confident he’ll get the last two salmon he needs in the process.
Now we can turn our attention to the Inland Sea and I can winterize my wash down pump as I shouldn’t need it to rinse laker slime off the deck going forward.
