Garmin Livescope test today 6/14/25

Today we tested the Garmin Livescope on Ric's boat! I have had a great time testing new technology on Ric's boat and today was another eye opener. We could watch bait going by in real time swimming and salmon swimming by our cannonballs looking at lures! It was super cool seeing our Alberta clippers and lures on cheaters fixed above our downrigger weights. We also tracked our Scotty releases above our cannonballs!

More testing yesterday and we positioned the Live scope to see the Lite Bite diver and rigger off the port side. We could see the diver at 38 feet and the small horizontal set of blades off the downrigger ball actually spinning on the live scope screen at 32 feet. We moved the Garmin screen on the left side of the dash to read it easier for the driver and in the shade.
