Shelburne Bay

I used to fish salmon a lot and had my boat moored in Shelburne Bay. Mostly I fish salt water now but occasionally make the trip to Champlain. This time of year used to be on fire in Shelburne Bay. Bait fish congregated to spawn in the Laplatte River and the salmon followed them. Fifty fish days weren't uncommon but I never hear any reports of Shelburne Bay now. Has it completely changed?
