Northeast troller spoons aka Carlson spoons
Just found these new (new to me) spoons at kittery trading post. Made by northeast troller. The size I bought was the 100 size but they have sizes to match old sutton spoons. Look pretty nice so I bought a dozen to go into my arsenal. Just wondering if anyone had knowledge or experience with these spoons. Thanks in advance.

Haha I was wondering when people were going to start finding these. I’ve been using them for a couple years with decent success. They are painted to catch Sebago Lake salmon. Champlain stocked Sebago strain salmon, makes sense to me that they would bite them! I have good luck on the 100 size, anything with pink and the chartreuse and black dot was hot last October. They have a great website and fast shipping. Good luck out there!

Nice. Thanks for the reply... I've always been a fan of oranges and purples but got a few with some pink and some with blue... should be up that way for 4 days 22nd through the 25th. Look forward to trying some out. I'll post reports when I get out.

Christian is a great guy and treats his customers very well. They have a loyal, and often fanatical, following here in Maine, much like the DB Smelt.
They work well on lakes that have an alewife forage base. Not as well, for me, on a smelt based.

Got some spoons in today. I had an order in with crazy ivan and northeast troller so I have them together for comparison. Pretty happy with what they look like just have to see how they produce. Hoping for good weather at the end of next week.

Can't go wrong with Crazy Ivan's lures. They are very productive.
You selected some very nice colors.
