There aren't too many grand slams logged in a fishing season! Congrats on a fabulous day, and thanks for the great info that we can all use.

Wow you boys had them dialed in. Also It amazes my how you can run with that many rods out with out getting big tangles.

Trial and error and many adjustment's. The 3 riggers and 2 slide divers are easy to keep apart as long as you have short sets less than 30ft on the riggers. Slide divers set to 2 will pull 30 ft out from the riggers at 60ft down..The 2 off small boards with lead or clip weights are also out of way and won't tangle. The diver and riggher lines are deep enough you can play the fish from the boards without any tangles.. The one that causes all the tangles is the long line in the prop.wash. if you get a big fish, it must be cleared immediately or it can cause issues, especially if it has a clip in diver on it.

If i run otter boards we could run 14 lines, but 7 people on my boat would all have to be midgets:)

The more Iines the more your set looks like a school of bait..

We had 11 spoons and 2 sets of blades running all day...

Good info as always looked like lots of fun. The CRAZY IVAN sausage gravy milkshake is our best selling spoon in the spring by far for the last few years. Ramel
