Does anyone know if we can launch in the inland sea yet???

Looking to see if there are any salmon in there with wife along soon....

I drove by yesterday and it looked like the launch was still iced in.

Yeah in fact the whole sea froze over again a day ago but has since blown open again. You might be able to launch at the Keelers bay acccess this time of year but no dock.

Update this AM. The apple island ramp has less than 50 yds of rotten ice that should break up on contact . Beyond that everything is wide open, Keelers as well.

Sounds like it should be open now.. anyone know if there are plans for a dock?? Will really help the solo fisherman fleet..

I know it, Matt. I launched there half a dozen or so times solo last spring. At least with the high water I could pull the boat up into the mud on the north side of the ramp and tie off to the telephone pole! I'm sure I'll be heading that way soon.
