Was out last Sunday, one small laker and 2 missed, not many people out. Surface water temp was pretty uniformly 55-56, with 49 down at 40ft. Marks were scattered with very little bait, went from the town up to the knob.

I was there Wednesday, same run town to knob, 5 releases & 2 lakers all morning. Noticed the lack of bait & fish in most of the traditional runs and they seemed to be hitting short.... best luck 70 down in 120 ft of water. Bait was a # 1 & #3 honeybee copper and silver respectively. Pretty slow for LG.
