We used to snorkel at Grand Isle State Park and always saw fish. Usually perch, but I once saw a group of 3 large Smallies. We later took the boat and tried to find them. No luck, but it was very cool to see their world.

As a kid, I used to do that for bass and perch, but no Gopro, just a Hawaiian sling speargun...

I think that is frowned upon nowadays, though.
