Fishing out of Converse Sat 9/10

Post by Reelax »

Looks like if the weather holds out the wife and I are going to go fishing tomorrow. If I get my way we will be headed to Converse to see what that area has going... Last couple of trips up north have been very slow.... If anyone is on the lake tomorrow, give me a shout on Ch68. And pray for a bite

If the wind is light, I may see if the boat wants to cooperate...

Give me a tow if I die out there?

Well, the salmoid bite was slow and the waves were intense but it was a beautiful day on the water regardles
I washed just about all I had plus some, and only managed a few nice yellows. Few big logs mixed in with the waves but it was nice to see the lake clearing up just a little bit.

It was also great to run into Reelax and Raz at the dock too. Reelax, I love that Lund set up you have. The sylvan I have I love, but for big wave days like yesterday a bigger boat would have been nice.

I hope to get out Wednesday am to fish before Phish. I'll keep you all posted

When I grow up I want to be,
One of those harvesters of the sea.
I think before my days are done,
I want to be a fisherman.
