Off the water at 1 PM 4-6 ft. waves chased us off. Finished with 25 bites and a grand slam!
9 Kings / Coho / Steel / Brown and 4 LT with one measuring 36" and 15 lbs. (skinny)
2 break-offs early
Hard northeast wind today thru tomorrow evening is going to mess up our warm water.
Great trip so far!
Reggie has a 6 the place salmon on the board!

Re: May 5/6 Bar update
5/8/14 Thursday: The northeast blow yesterday really messed up the warm water as predicted. 40 degree water everywhere! We broke off one salmon on the dipsey and ended up with lake trout today about a dozen. Biggest 18 lbs and several between 15-16 lbs. I can't remember the last time at the Bar we batted zero for a king in 11 years of going, but it happened today. We fished from 5:45 am to 2:00 pm with nice conditions. 12 second video ken made when we finished in 6 ft waves yesterday.

Re: May 5/6 Bar update
Friday 5/9: Fished till 3 pm today and managed 2 small kings and two lake trout. It's a wrap! Great trip and 45 hrs with the lines down and 5 straight days of very fishable seas with no precip.
