FISHING CAMP (TRAILER)

Postby edthehook » Mon Sep 17, 2018 12:14 am

Ideal fishing camp. 35 foot Mallard trailer located on Otter Creek in Vergennes. Easily sleeps
four, in double bed, fold out sofa and two bunks. Has newer air conditioner and refrigerator.
Comes with microwave, TV, DVD player, Cusinart coffee maker, toaster, full set of dishes,
glassware and utensils. Ample storage spaces. Relax on a 10 by 24 foot pressure-treated
deck with propane barbecue. Only 20 minutes to Converse launch. Can also launch small
boat into Otter Creek from campground for walleye fishing, etc. Plenty of parking space
for boat. You can even store your boat here during off season at this quiet, secure campground.
Owner lives on premises year round. Too much for me to keep driving 4.5 hours from Conn.
Campground fee paid through April, 2019. Price is $2,000 cash, bank check or money order.
I will be at the camp this week if anyone interested in seeing it. Otherwise, by appointment.
Please call or text my cell at 1-860-620-7788. Thanks.

The campground provides electricity and water usually from May 1 to Oct. 1 (maybe later depending
on weather) which is included in the fee. I pay $1500 for the year. You can use trailer in off-season
months if you have a small generator to provide power for heat/lights, and bring some water for
cooking, etc. The fee is pretty fair considering the amount most others charge.

I'm located at Hillside Campground in Vergennes. I only have a photo of the outside. I am going to the
camp today for someone to look at it. If there is no sale I will take interior photos to show you. Will
let you know at the end of the week.

Yep. Just wrapped up for the season. Plan on checking it out when I come up for the 2019 seminar(s).
If you are interested in seeing it earlier, let me know and we can probably work something out.
