Home Cured Caviar

Post by Surprise »

Don't short yourself or dishonor your catch. This is much easier than it looks and can wow the crowd.
Those egged out salmon, lakers and browns have some other jewels aboard this time of year.

Serve on a toasted baggete, sliced cucumber, slice of smoked salmon, Creme freche or sour cream and top with your caviar.

Enjoy!

Do you have to do anything special to the eggs after removal or are they good to go as is? Never tried it. ( imported or domestic )

Cure them as done in the homebrewchef link at the top. I then put it in sterilized jelly jars and keeps for up to two weeks.
