turkey breast
package of bacon
wooden scewers (be sure to soak in water prior to cooking to avoid burning)
1 cup apple juice '
1/2 cup cider vineger
1/2 cup brown sugar
3tbs dijon mustard
black pepper
cubed pineapple
cut turkey breast into 1-1/2 inch cubes, marinade in apple juice, vineger, brown sugar, mustard and a dash of pepper. after marinading overnight and letting scewers soak in water wrap turkey pieces in half slices of bacon and thread onto scewers threading pineapple between. cook on grill on medium heat until bacon is done.
you can also use green and red peppers and or onions i perfer fruit thats all...
