Anyone tried Colchester reef?

Post by Big Bear »

Been fishing the last 2 weekends around Robinsons and caught a bunch of Lakers and a few small salmon in 10-30’ down in 40-60’ of water. One laker was almost 10#. Have not seen a lot of salmon, was thinking of trying Colchester reef this weekend. I am docked in mallets bay and can’t get under the bridge for to the inland sea, not sure if it’s worth going all the way around up though the gut. Thanks!

Check outside the bay on the main lake.

This time of year between Providence and Stave Islands can also turn on...

Good luck!

I can't believe Lakers in the Outer Bay this time of year. Rare in the early spring. Anybody else?
