I have not been up to Champlain in a couple months. I am bringing the family for a few days. I usually go out of Converse. But this trip we will be staying in Willsboro Bay. I've never fished that area. So I'm wondering how the fishing is up there? Do people fish the Bay? Or go outside the bay. I'd love to get into some silver but am totally fine with Lakers as I'm just trying to get the family on some fish!!! Any info would be great.
Thanks Jacques

Have caught salmon inside and outside bay. North of bay can be good as well as around point. If you find the bait, you will find salmon...
Good luck!

If you can’t find any silver the lakers should be setting up on bottom just outside the bay near schuyler island and schuyler reef!! It can be epic lake trout fishing there late June/early July!

Thanks. Are the fleas around yet? Not sure if I need to bump up my line.
