Team ReelInvestment hit the water Friday morning early after a 2 hour truck drive. We were welcomed with a thick fog and had to use the radio and horn to communicate with others so we didn’t have a 2.5 mph collision! Silver fish weren’t cooperating for us so once the fog lifted we switched to lakers. Ended 23 lakers for the day. Second morning was beautiful ran way north thinking we would get on the laker bite we left the evening before. Fun boat ride but the fish weren’t there! Headed back south and set 6 rods and just started covering water. Started slowly picking away at hungry 4-8 pound lakers. Then we caught a brown, looped back around and caught another brown! One more loop big fish on!! We pulled a few lines to make room for netting and everything was perfect. Finally could start to see some color....ANOTHER BROWNIE, and a good one. With the counter at 12 on the rod the fish shook its head once and GONE!!!! That one hurt....all well it’s fishing not catching right! Ended day 2 with 24 lakers, 1 salmon and 2 browns. Day 3 only have until noon let’s not waste time running 15 miles, so we ran to the pin I dropped when we hooked the browns. First 10 minutes after getting a 6 rod spread in the water rod pops, shortly after the mini disk fires, nice fish on. Ended up being a laker and a good 5.5 pound salmon. After a short lul in the action we finally started picking away at them. Lakers, salmon (we lost a lot this morning) and even put a steel head in the boat! Fished until 11:30 and decided to pack it in as even if we did get a good fish we wouldn’t make it to weigh in on time. Ended day 3 with 9 lakers, 2 salmon and a steelhead. 60+ fish boated in two and a half days over 35 hours of fishing, but well worth it. We even endured an insane rain storm that blew in and got so nasty we couldn’t see the bow of the boat! The fish were biting right through it though! All in all a great weekend with good friends. We over ate, under slept and just flat out had a blast! We will be back for the LCI....FISH YEAH!!

thats the best way to spend 3 days ! great photos, love the fog pictures, looks like a real adventure with the fog and the rainstorm !
I do not exaggerate when I talk about fishing - I underestimate, like I say "just one more cast honey, then I'll come home" !
Keep Calm and... Fish On !
