Heading out Saturday?

Post by troutcrazy »

Is anyone fishing tomorrow? (Saturday)
I'm thinking I'll head out in the kayak. The wind forecast looks manageable, but far from perfect. It'd sure be nice to see some other boats for safety and peace-of-mind. And it's fun to say "hi".

My mind is on the southern end.

Great! Thanks for chiming in.
That gives me confidence to get an early start instead of hemming and hawing all morning :D

I'll probably put in at Potash and head across the lake. Probably see you out there!

We'll be out there Saturday morning too. The rowboat has been put away for the winter so we'll be in this one:

We'll look for you in the kayak, TroutCrazy.
I do not exaggerate when I talk about fishing - I underestimate, like I say "just one more cast honey, then I'll come home" !
Keep Calm and... Fish On !

Hope to get out soon, just need to put one more deer in freezer.... ;)

Got the big buddy heater and Grill both hooked up to a gas grill tank now with a "T" union, so much less messing around with little bottles...

I think we may need to start cooking Salmon aboard... It is legal as long as we keep the head/spine/tail intact! Ohhh the possibilities....

Hot food in a hot cabin in winter is key :P

Good luck this weekend guys. :!: . Please post pics.. We wanna see your monster salmon!
