Bait Alert! Get your bucket and headlamp!

Post by Detritus »

So I don't know who'll get this in time, but it rained all day in vergennes, and the ground looks like the raiders of the lost ark, but, it's night crawlers. Get out there and pick em up! We got a couple hundred in probably 20 min.

Picked some last night too. Had a good bunch already but probably use alot soon for bullpout and walleye season.

Yeah, walleye season is a big deal around here. I think this year were going to spend a lot more time on it. Depends on how good the cold water fishing is, or the interest of my boys I guess.

Awesome. I don't fish with crawlers very often, but now that buying bait is more complicated, I think I'd better collect a few next time it rains.
