That's terrible news. Same here Jeff.

Edit: Apparently the boat sank, I'm guessing no pfd's. Very sad.

More details: it was a ~24' boat, two brothers on board, a good Samaritan was able to save one of them. You guys on the VHF probably know more details.

Apparently the bellows failed. This term was unknown to me until I asked around. You inbord guys know. It has to do with the heat exchanger system in an inboard. Seems it developed a leak and capsized. A man by the name of Eric Deion saved the other person on board, who I think was the brother. Very trajic stuff, and not so sure the bad blow today created this incedent, except made terrible chance at rescue

6/15/2019 day 1 of lci alayna and i had a slow day overall but both weighed in a bowfin and at 6 pm i was in 3rd place in the bowfin category. alayna and i had a blast snacking all day saw 2 eagles several ospreys. my freind mr sears who owns the farm where i fish took care of us driving us down to the lake with our gear and cooler for the fish to keep alive and even brought us over to the weigh station to weigh. a good feind. lacking 1 pic that my contact cant get for some reason. Sorry, not meaning to hijack your thread. Bellows are the "boots" or "gaskets" that seal between the inboard engine and outboard drive on Inboard-outboard boats. They will crack over time like any other rubber type product. They should be checked regularly.

6/17/2019 day 2 alayna and i one of the slowest days catfishing i ever had but we stuck it out alayna landed a 18 an half inch largemouth bass 3.35 lbs that she weighed in. she also caught a small catfish. we had fun . day 3 todayImageImage

6/17/2019 day 3 completed . i had a short window having a drs appt. at 1:30 pm in plattsburgh so i dropped alayna off at the port henry launch to troll with my son and daughter-in-law . alayna caught a nice laker. she also lost a big catfish with me in the morning. we had a fun 3 days. she won a family registration at the raffle for next year. here is alayna as weImagefrost atm near me arrived at our catfish spot with her fmb bait and tackle shirt giving to her by owner john bezon as she likes walleyes.
