Westport - 12/20

How can you pass up 40F and sunny on 12/20? I couldn't and despite only a couple of releases and one brown.

I'm glad I made the 100 mile tow. I won't tell you where I was fishing, but I bet you can guess -

The boys on Surprise were my only company, whatever they were having for lunch smelled good when I got down wind of them.

The BIG question now is, Will I make another trip this season? If I could find some good ice the answer would be No, but with today's rain, I might find one (or two) more trips trips in the cards.

Frostbite season is just getting underway. A Thaw like we had today will help extend it.... Cant wait to get back out there...
