Stomch contents in southern Salmon

The Salmon and Steelhead that Traci and I got in the Southern part of the lake on Friday were full of littel White Perch about 1.5 inchs long along.

when i was fishing in the bay in the spring and in fact the last 3 springs i have not kept many salmon but when i did they were full of little white perch. some earlier had smelt in them. i beleive that is why i catch those salmon in 2 to 6 fow in the weeds. up on the upper end of the bay though they will have mostly alewifes in them. don and traci thanks for posting that good info.

I never found them in Salmon or lakers we got up around grand Isle.
