Could one of the mods assist me in making this my profile pic?

I'm having troubles.......

Look at the top of your screen, hit user control panel, then click profile on the left hand side, then click edit avatar and click "browse" and select that picture wherever its saved to on your computer.

The problem there is that the file is too large and the wrong type.....I'm lost...

Here you go.. I resized it to the biggest it will let you have and converted to .jpg for you... I have it saved in pohotbucket for you...
