Lamprey Program/LaPLatte.?

There was a trailer at the LaPlatte river pull-off for the past two days that was vinyl wrapped indicating it was part of the Lamprey program. I wish I'd taken the time to stop in and get more information. It was there early today as I was headed to the gym, but I passed it and another pickup truck in the program a couple of hours later by Dorset Street. Did they treat the LaPlatte? Any update?
