Getting antsy, need to get on the water

I hope everyone had a good winter.
Would anyone know if access to the inland sea is possible at sandbanks?
Also is the launch open at Delta Point at the Winooski river and is the lake accessible from there?
Wish all a safe and bountiful fishing season.

Last I saw the inland sea was still locked up. You would gave better results going out the river...
