New NH State Lake Trout record

On 2/25/20 a new Laker record broke the old one by 9#.
New Laker was 37.65#. :o
I have a picture but can't get it on this message for some reason.

I use to fish Big Diamond Pond for trout when I was a kid. I never knew there were Lake Trout in it. It was always a great Spring/Fall trout fishery.

Must be some big forage in that lake to produce a fish of that girth at 27". Almost Ontario like in girth. Close to the Ontario record at 40 lbs.
