Is there a rotating mount for Scotty manual?

Im wondering if there is a rotating mount for Scotty manual down riggers. From what I can tell the mount that they come with which is fixed angle is the only one they work with....
Specifically referring to a Scotty 1060 here..
Any input is appreciated...

I wonder if you could adapt a cannon swivel mount with a piece of aluminum plate?

Very versatile swivel base.
16 Positive locking positions on the 1026. Every 22 1/2°.
