Slide divers

I'm going to add some light bite slide divers into the spread this year. I was wondering if color matters? I fish champlain, south of Colchester area.

Welcome to the forum.
Since the lure is placed a bit far from the slide diver, I don't believe the color is really affecting the presentation. I mostly use the clear slide diver, or try to match it with the lure color, but this is my preference.

I prefer the black or clear. I have used gold, green and orange over the last dozen seasons and have never felt anything was better than black or clear.

Best of luck with your new down riggers:)
