keeler bay or sandbar

Post by jthurs »

Hi everyone. I am trying to plan my first hardwater trip to champlain and am just trying to figure out ice conditions. I will be making the drive from southern Vermont on Saturday and targeting pike. wondering how the ice is in either spot, and also if the pike are biting. Thanks!

Thank you everyone for the replies. I unfortunately was not able to make it up last weekend due to my fishing buddy having other things come up. I am hoping to be up in the area hopefully this weekend weather depending. Have any areas been doing well for pike? I also just purchased a marcum and am eager to try that out as well on perch. good luck to all!
