Master Angler perch!!
Master Angler perch!!
My first Master Angler fish of the year. A nice fat Champlain yellow belly that came in right at 13 inches. Caught on a tip up with a fathead. Managed 8 or 10 other smaller ones, 3 northerns, lots of flags with nobody home and another slob of a perch that measured 12 inches. Fun day today!!

Very nice. Shaun just approved my 1st of the year 13" yellow too.

I've lost perch on tipups right at the hole that ate XL pike bait...those suckers are fierce! Last year I went for pike with my girlfriend and got 7 or 8 perch just barely under 13"!
