Champlain bite

Post by Themug »

The bite was a little slow today. Couldn't seem to find any good numbers of fish so I had to make my own.

 Making the most out of a slow day!
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will go buy a boat.

Definitely Master Angler worthy right there! I've barely been out these past few months! I went out last weekend got a half bucket of yellow slabs. Lost 3 fish in 50 FOW that were just drag rippers...dunno what they were? Either lakers or walleye I'm guessing, since I didn't even get a nibble after those 3 so I headed back to shallow water.
