Derby laker 10.03 lbs
After a pretty disappointing start to the weekend, Saturday was so nasty we didn't even fish. I had stocked up on minnows Friday afternoon and had to keep them alive till Sunday. Sunday am was beautiful and we finally headed out. Got stuck pulling the shanty with the 4 wheeler so we hesitantly went and got the truck to pull it. Big shanty, 2800 lbs. Homewrecker and FishDawg joined us. 2 flags all day. The first I found a bare hook then shortly after another flag. He spooled the line completely out. After a couple of good runs his head was finally in the hole and with all my coaches and advisors we managed to get him up onto the ice. As of 3:00 , end of derby, my friends at Lakeshore Ace said it was in first place however I have not seen the offiicial results. FishDawg if this picture does not post could you put it up for me. Not sure I know how to do it.

That's a great fish, congratulations on getting it through a hole in the ice.. that's quite an accomplishment !
