Lake Champlain United - Forums

Years ago there was quite a village of shanty’s at Thompson’s point. Back then, the lake regularly froze shore to shore. Is that still the case when we do get a freeze up? I’m sure there is more use of pop up Clam’s etc these days . The clouds of bait we see when trolling that shoreline make me think of smelt fishing.
