This year was so good to me early but as of the last two weeks bass have been unresponsive.. all my haunts r turning out to be dead.. if any 1 has any info...on shore spots for bass please feel free to reply

Prior to the high water, the rivers were producing big smallies. Lost my personal best over 7 lbs a few weeks back, landed a ton in the 3-4 lb range. Might still be hanging around after the levels drop.

I did well fishing from the Colchester causeway bikepath this afternoon. In a couple of hours, I picked up four smallmouths in the 15- to 17-inch range, plus a largemouth a little bit smaller than that. All came on big in-line spinners.

WOW!! to bad u didn't get it that would have been a new state record!!!!!!
