I haven't been on the Missisquoi bay since early July but the water was much higher than last year by 2 feet plus then. I couldn't really find the bass on my outings as the rain was really effecting my spots. But I figure now it should be good. I wish you luck I hope to get some late Summer early fall fishing in there!

We skipped friday rained all morning, threatened the rest of the day.
Headed out there this morning.
Bass are in there good right now.
Wacky rigs with senko's dark green and pike bait minnows worked the best.
We did well in the bay for largies and headed
Out towards dillenbeck in 12-14 fow just outside the weed bed for smallies.
Caught some there.
Biggest of the day was a 22" smallie and and a 21" largie.
No pike though was surprised.
Not much perch either.
Headed back out tomorrow for smallies.
My son is 7 doesn't care for trolling much, casting is more his speed.
