Bass fishing Up north?

Hi,
I'm going yo try Smalies fishing tomorrow around isle Lamotte and kings bay. Anyone had fish there recently?

I was out 2 weeks ago and we caught a few smallies outside of Lapans bay. It should be better out there by now.

Just came back. No bass, 2 pikes. The waterproof is still cold, 43-48 around isle Lamotte. I Will Wait 1 le 2 weeks.
