I was hoping to get out today with my son who was up from Boston...needless to say the persistent winds we have dealt with all fall gave us another Lake Wind Advisory. So. we did not get to hit the water, and with the upcoming forecast not looking tremendous and an extra set of hands around I decided it was time to pull the downriggers and cover the Whaler up for the winter.
So much for open boat fishing for this year! If any of you fellow Frostbiters who have the luxury of heated cabins are looking for crew give me a call... the boat is done for the season but not this frostbiter! Fish on!
