I could be wrong, but I truly believe confidence plays a bigger role than most fisherman think.

Yes Raz I must agree with you 100%. If you think you can, you usually succeed. My favorite lures always work and then I usually know how to present them and do it so that they catch fish.

But I really get the biggest sucess and kicks out of catching a fish after I tell my friend that I have a new secret lure and he laughs at me. Maybe it is his laughing or maybe my luck and confidence that makes the fish take that secret lure. But I really do love the looks on his face when I boat a nice one because it really makes my day!

"Yes I can, yes I can..."

Oh boy' I am expecting my orders from Tamiron and Crazy Ivan either today or tomorrow. Yippeee more "secret lures." :P

Ding Ding, very much so in trib fishing as well. But Presanation in the right place is the biggest key. There is more to it then just dragging lures on a line behind the boat - some days that's all it takes but suttle to drastic side to side movements with the boat can do wonders in triggering strikes.
Salmon, the other pink meat.

Hey we all know that an old fashioned Night Crawler isn't all that big and it don't have a lot of patterns or colors; but it surely will attract & catch fish on most any given day.

Maybe it is the subtle wiggles? LOL

"FISH ON!"
"You're kiddin me...."

"Time for my secret weapon!"
"HA, secret weapon, what is stupid pink rubber worm gonna do?!"
"FISH ON!"
"You're kiddin me...."

"Time for my secret weapon!"
"HA, that rug-looking fly isn't going to get anything..."
