Need your help to build the LCU site

Postby Ludo » Tue Oct 25, 2011 12:57 pm

Hey

I am working on the LCU main website, I want to make an encyclopedia about fishing the Lake Champlain.

I need contents, like all the bookmarks you have, where you check for weather forecast or anything else related to the Lake Champlain.

:) Thanks

I like windguru and weatherunderground espically the real time conditions on the wunder map.

http://waterwatch.usgs.gov/new/?m=real&r=vt
I use this for checking stream/river levels but it also has the lake level and would be good for checking launch conditions at river mouths.
I also recommend the NOAA link that Reelax posted, has links to the nautical charts, lake levels, and forecast.
If you're a glass half full kind of person... Accuweather almost always forecasts lower winds speeds than the other websites.

I prefer LakeChamplainpedia since it won't display fishing spot :)
