Help, tomorrow on the inland sea

Post by BubbaJr23 »

In-laws are visiting and we rented a pontoon from Apple Island on the inland sea tomorrow. Have all kinds of rods and gear but probably won’t be able to rig up my fish finder on the rental boat and no trolling gear.

Any suggestions on what to throw and target with the current temps? Would love to find Lakers or Salmon if possible.

Thanks for any tips!!

Snap weights on long lines can can you down to where the salmon are. Dipsey divers would work, too, if there are rod holders on board. We caught salmon in the inland sea the other day anywhere from 15' to 43' down. Good luck!

Thank you everyone, appreciate the help. No luck today with the fish but we had a great day on the water nonetheless. Your tips will be helpful for the next trip!
