One of our outstanding members, Fishy1, is in dire need of someone to look at his laptop. It has quit working and it is full of his personal files that he is unable to retrieve. I’m hoping we have a member here that would be willing to help out and diagnose his laptop in hopes of at least being able to retrieve his data.
Can anyone help????

Thanks Gerry...I guess I should delete this thread. He's back up and running. He had an older laptop with a failed hard drive.
The_doctor was able to recover Matt's data, Matt bought a new laptop, and the last time we spoke about it, he LOVES it!
