I have the 5 year Fishing license. Just have to renew it for every year after the new year begins. I haven't hunted or fired a gun since 2002. Fishing October till mid-December is awesome! April is getting closer! 3 months to go! No greasy snowy salty roads to trailer thru!

I still have my "old farts" license and renew my now "free every year" one at the beginning of each year too. I found out the life license I bought at age 65 is still good even though I live in ME now. So, I'm still looking forward to Champlain every year still.
