It was an old fish. Healed over lamprey scars, giant head, and pectoral fins, the color was fading. Fought like a champ though, had it about 10 feet from the surface and it dove to the bottom in 80 feet in a few seconds. My Dad was thrilled to get it on a light spinning setup. Thanks again for all your help!
