High Water

We usually go up to Converse bay every year and beach our boats where we stay. Sounds like the water is quite high right now. Trip supposed to be next week.

Question: how much will the water level drop by next Thursday? Assuming no more rain of course...

Forget that assumption about no more rain. Here is latest forecast.

Fished there yesterday (Friday) and the water has gotten lower. I used waders but my son wore shorts and flipflops to cross the submerged portion of the ramp and dock. I'm going to continue with the waders, but if it only showers today, Muck boots or Bogs would work. The water isn't calf-high right now. But more rain is forecast.

Water at Converse launch was only a little more than ankle deep on Saturday. It is receding, but unfortunately lots of rain in forecast for next 4-5 days.
