Good article. I don't mind paying more for my recreation but someday Vermontax is going to run out of folks. Young and old are leaving.

I'm certainly more than willing to pay more for my license, no issue there at all. We should also ask our legislators to consider requiring a vehicle sticker or placard that would come with fishing licenses that allows non-fishing boaters, kayakers, and canoers to use state fishing accesses. On weekends that's more than half of the access users in my experience and it would raise some revenue.
