fishing on Thursday

I'am looking to go fishing on Thursday and I would like to know where is the best place to launch my boat. Can anyone help me, it would be very appreciated, either Vermont or New York side, it does not matter - around split rock

I'm familiar with the Vermont side. Converse Bay launch is wide open, ready, willing and waiting.

Pierre,
Converse Ramp hasn't let us down yet this season. It was wide open this weekend. Digitrol reported 1/2" of ice yesterday which he was able to break through. Then the wind turned out of the south so I'll bet its clear with little possibility that we will get more than another 1/2". I hope to go out Thursday too.
