Just received an e-mail from my niece with a picture of a cougar that was apparently seen on someone's game camera in Georga. She said the picture is the Georga Facebook? Anyone else see this?

The Pic I saw must have been a Mtn. Lion with a bob tail...... Maybe a T-Rex bit it off..... :lol:

Wow, looks like a moutainlion. But where is the tail? Tucked? Or bobed?

Looks real to me. But hard to be sure with fuzziness in pic...

Yes, at first glance it looks like a Mtn. Lion. Then you see the stub tail and spots along the inside of the legs. The grainy pic washes out the spots.

Nice pic !!! But I do think A Mtn lions back would be much longer!!! Also the tail seems bobed!!No doubt though we could have mtn lions in Vt. I just dont think thats one !!!!! Sleeps

Wasn't there a lost Cougar at one of the shoot out ceremony's? I remember Salmon Eye commenting. We need a game cam at the shoot out Saturday..

A llttle dna would confirm a couger. I'd guess that vt f+w would like a sample.
