Well, Ill be getting married tomorrow so I thought this MAY be my last chance to goose hunt this early season. Been keeping an eye on a flock of 200 birds or so, just waiting for the corn to be cut. Shortly after first light we saw the first group headed our way. Everything was text book until they swung us the first time........ They looked like they would work the Deeks and then cut back and landed out a hundred yards. Seconds later the next flock followed...... So we jumped up and spooked em off to give us a chance at the rest of the flocks to come. After the third flock landed out of range we realized the deeks weren't working. We grabbed the blinds and dragged them over to where the birds had been landing and waited. It wasn't long and another flock was headed right for us. We got 3 of the 4 that came in and then gunned another pair.
