It was a nice morning. Picked up 10 lakers nothing of great size, plus a 20 inch salmon. Lost a couple other salmon same size at boat.
Only one spoon worked. Sausage gravy.

Just wondering what others thought. Bait? I don’t know just looking for opinions.

Went out yesterday out of Westport. Surface temp 50-55 degrees, but FishHawk showed temps 42-45 12ft down. Had one release nobody home. Marked fish on bottom, tried jigging, one good hit, that’s all.

Looks like there is no fix for this Honda outboard. After numerous calls with Honda and Shelly from Tom’s Marine we were told there was a fix with modifications. Then Honda admitted their modification would not work, either they initially lied or more likely didn’t know what they were speaking of. R...

Update Honda rep called informing me of a fix, different rectifier with wiring and a modification to make it work. Would sell me parts but no info on modifying. Model is BF50AKO. Serial number BAZS-3704522.
Original part number is 31750-ZW4-013. I appreciate any help.
It may be I need to bring it to Honda dealer in Vergennes. So much simpler for Honda to get on board with helping.

Was set for a 4 day fishing trip to middle Saranac Lake beginning Labor Day. An annual thing I’ve been doing since I got the boat 12 years ago.

I need a rectifier for a Honda 50 hp. Found correct rectifier on Honda site and one other but both unavailable. Haven’t been able to find correct aftermarket replacement. Tried eBay and Amazon. Can anyone suggest where to find one new or used?
