I smell a new lure design out of this... sounds like you got the finless brown trout award....many of us have been "Hamburglered" at these events. The people who travel to these events and the vermonters get screwed.

Re: Sign of theTimes?

you blame the social media but yes your on here. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Yep, this site is very much a form of social media. One of the great things about fishing on Champlain is the spirit of openness, sharing, and willingness to help others. I hope this "sky is falling" conversation doesn't chan...

We were focusing on panfish and other stuff early i...

27 trips on Champlain since January in the books. Only a handful of those trips produced some nice salmon. The last 3 trips in the last week yielded no salmon in 3 different areas that normally produce. My sample size for trips average 4 hrs from 9 am to 1 pm missing the better first 2-4 hrs after ...

Re: Lowrance hd5 help

I think the fishing is poor as by now we start to see the lake set up to the early summer pattern and we are still a few weeks behind the norm. It was a dead zone from 15 -100 ' last weekend. Few odd ball lakers running 20-30 down that ate if you put it in front of them. I hate using cheaters and dr...
